Hey friends – miss me? Life has been a little crazy since my last update, and while I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my new role as a mom since October, I can’t believe I haven’t posted on here in so very long.
First and foremost, I couldn’t just pick back up where I left off because if I were a longtime reader of a blog without any updates, I’d be like WTF WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN???!?! But I also really want to write about some special restaurants that are near and dear in anticipation of the Belmont Stakes happening in Saratoga this weekend.
So here I am to say hello, I am still alive, and I still very much want to keep Saratoga Food Fanatic alive. I’m still passionate about sharing the best food in the Saratoga Springs, NY area and now that my child is a food fanatic in training (and already has a couple local favorite restaurants), it’s time for me to come out of hiding and get this going again.
Can’t wait to get back into it and thanks to all of you who have loyally stuck with me as I navigate new stages of life. You’re the best.
