BBQ Menu From Park Side Eatery

We talked logistics, now it’s time to talk about some of the food! Here’s the first of many partsof the menu that will soon be available at Park Side Eatery. Today, we will focus on the BBQ! Yummmm! Enjoy 🙂

ADIRONDACK BBQ

Smokey, tangy, finger-licking, BBQ available hot and ready to eat all day every day!

Lightly smoked for 12 hours.

                                                                                                                  Per ½ lb

Ø  Pulled Pork                           -Traditional Red Sauce (our house made beer based red sauce.)

-Carolina sauce (our yellow mustard and vinegar sauce)

Ø  Texas Style Beef Brisket      – Slow smoked, mopped and sliced.  Sauced with our

House-made beer based red sauce.

Ø  St. Louis Cut Pork Ribs         -These ribs are meaty, thick and fall off the bone tender.

Slathered with our House-Made Beer based sauce

Ø  Chicken Halves                     -Sometimes there is no secret.  America’s fascination with the

bird is stronger than ever.  We season, smoke, grill, slather and

sell great Chicken BBQ.

Ø  Chicken Legs & Thighs        -More of the same, naturally portioned for the lighter eater

 

Have a really big crowd to feed. We have a full catering department ready to assist.

The price is comparable to “bucket salads” but the quality will exceed your expectations.
