Next Friday, June 28th will mark the 22nd Double H Ranch Annual Gala! Being held at the Great Escape from 5pm to 11:30pm, this event will feature gourmet food stations, silent and live auctions and my favorite part – the “Digging into Dessert” baking competition! This competition is a one-of-a-kind amateur competition and the most fun of all? If you attend as a Gala guest you’ll have the opportunity to vote for the winner!
After attending their Chef’s Dinner in May, I can guarantee you if you attend, you’re in for a great time. They always provide you with delicious food, entertainment is always excellent (seriously, can it get any better than The Great Escape?!) and it’s for an exceptional cause.
Kids are invited too! From ages 5-12 kids are invited to the Gala at the discounted price of just $40! This will include meals, rides until 9:30pm, a t-shirt and more!
Don’t forget, the mission of the Double H Ranch is to provide specialized programs and year-round support for children and their families dealing with life-threatening illnesses. Their purpose is to enrich their lives and provide camp experiences that are memorable, exciting, fun, empowering, physically safe and medically sound. All programs which they provide are FREE of charge and capture the magic of the Adirondacks.
