I love a good cocktail, don’t get me wrong, and Hamlet & Ghost is the place to go for a really awesome specialty cocktail in Saratoga. But lately, that’s not what has gotten me in the door to visit.
Say hello to my favorite little charcuterie board:

It all started around my birthday when I was fresh off a 42 day “diet” (yes – this really happened) and I basically gave up cheese for 42 days.
I know, it was like hell froze over.
Anyway, all I wanted to eat was a beautiful plate of cheese and cured meats. And I struggled to come up with a favorite place in Saratoga for these things.
So naturally we went out for drinks and headed over to Hamlet & Ghost and that’s when my eyes locked with a beautiful tray of various cheese and meats, and the rest is history.
On this plate we have some grafton cheddar, salame, serrano and bruleed camembert.
Yes, I said bruleed.
I mean, if I wanted, I could definitely house one of these all by myself.
But because sharing is caring, we split it among four people and it was still sufficient. (Not pictured is the bread and seed crackers to eat the meat and cheese with.)
If you do anything for yourself this week, I recommend going to Hamlet & Ghost, having a drink, and ordering a charcuterie board.
You will NOT be disappointed, and I will be insanely jealous.
