When I first heard about Palette, I wasn’t entirely sure what it was all about. Then when I visited earlier this week, it all made sense.
Palette is Saratoga’s newest coffee shop and cafe, but it also doubles as a wine bar & work space.
Inside, owner Catherine Hover has transformed the previous retail location into a sophisticated and classy space.
Palette will be offering several Grab & Go food options, including sandwiches, soups, overnight oats, energy bites, etc.
They also have a Small Bites menu, which includes a cheese plate, have it all board, beef empanadas, chickpea salad, etc. Perfect bites to go with a cocktail or glass of wine!
One of the most exciting pieces of information about Palette is that they’ll have fresh doughnuts from Darling Doughnuts EVERY DAY.
YES. Every day.
Palette is likely going to be my favorite new work space/place to have an afternoon cocktail or glass of wine and I couldn’t be happier about this addition to our community.
They’re now open 7 days a week, 8am – 8pm.
