One of the reasons I love Thursdays? Well… it’s basically the last real “I’m actually working” day of the week. Because let’s be honest – Fridays are mostly spent doing two things: Looking at Facebook and looking at the clock.
That’s why Thursday is a great day to kick off the weekend spirit, with a spirit.
That’s right – I’m talking about DRAAAAANKS.
To kick off my fall series of Thirsty Thursday, I visited Salt & Char earlier this week to check out how their Bourbon Smash ($13) is made. And of course, to taste it too!
“Made with Buffalo Trace bourbon—it’s a hearty and rich choice perfect for fall nights. But then we add mint and lemon juice, giving the drink takes on a fresh flavor.”
Watch how it’s made featuring Emily, the bartender, and be sure to get yourself in to Salt & Char ASAP to taste this refreshing drink before it’s gone!
