Last week Ballston Spa gained a new little marketplace (from the same owners of The Iron Roost), featuring a plethora of baked goods, shelf-stable products and fresh produce/grab & go foods.
Here’s a look from opening day!
SO cute, right?
Another great thing about this place – you can grab a baked good and then head right next door to The Iron Roost to enjoy breakfast or lunch (with the side of a pastry!)
I got myself the Gluten Free Banana Muffin from Two Birds, and wowowowwww was this muffin good. In fact, the lack of gluten didn’t make it dense or dry (like a lot of GF baked goods are). It was MOIST (sorry) and light and fluffy and perfect, making Two Birds a great option for anyone with gluten allergies.
I’m so happy to have this in the Ballston Spa community and so thankful to have a place nearby where I can get my baked good fix on a whim instead of having to drive into Saratoga. AMENNN.
If you haven’t yet, check out the new marketplace and see what it’s all about! I promise you won’t be disappointed.
