Rhea, a noodle-bar concept restaurant that will act as a “sister” restaurant to Seneca, is set to open this Thursday, April 28th. Located where the Broadway Stadium once sat at 389 Broadway, the inside of the restaurant has a giant wrap-around bar and what appears to be a very cool vibe.
